Rehabilitation Center No. 1 – Da Lat City
In the afternoon of March 16th 2012 we had a chance to visit Rehabilitation Center No. 1 for mentally challenged children. Most of them couldn't take care of themselves and depended entirely on the care of caretakers and their mothers at the center. We joined the center’s staffs to give the kids a haircut. It was hard just to keep them sitting still and balancing on the chair. To our realization, it must have been very hard for the families, the mothers and the staffs at the center to look after the kids on the daily basis. To us, it was a joy to see and help the kids.
